🔍 Review Process
- ✅ Double-blind: No author details.
- ✅ Peer Review: Minimum 2 reviewers.
- ✅ Originality: Unpublished work.
- ✅ No simultaneous submissions.
📢 Important Information
It is the authors’ responsibility to ensure strict compliance with the formatting guidelines. Submissions that fail to meet these requirements may be rejected without prior review.
Presentation: Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. At least one author must register for each accepted paper to guarantee its publication.
📚 Indexing and Publication
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and submitted to indexing services such as IEEE Xplore. CPS handles submissions to indexing services such as Scopus and Ei Compendex (subject to each database’s criteria).
🏆 Dual Publication Opportunity
The best papers presented at INCISCOS 2026 will be selected by the Scientific Committee to receive an invitation to submit an extended version of their work to Universidad UTE’s scientific journal, Enfoque UTE.
Extended versions must incorporate new contributions and will be subject to the journal’s editorial and peer-review process. The invitation does not guarantee the acceptance or publication of the manuscript.
